Hello ,during pregnancy one will get gastritis ,it common because of increased intraabdominal pressure and relaxed spincters . try eating small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can.
Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty.Have soft ,non spicy food items. Buttermilk, curd are good ,drink plenty of water
