Gastric headache
From past few months I experienced this headache, I don't how it happened but people say it's because of gas. The headache that caused by gas in system. It's frustrating and ruined my whole day. Until I didn't vomit it keeps increasing. I don't know the reason, my diet seems fine. I am not foody at all and all the food that cause of gas, I am completely ignored that. I want to know the reason for this, in case I missed something. All I know the cause of gas is food, but let me know the other causes as well. Maybe something wrong in my routine. Any home remedies also work. Please help me in this. As I keep track of this headache I am experiencing it from last years but now it keeps happening 2-3 times in a month. I am taking disprin for this and a good sleep whole day and next day its gone completely. But now I want something that quickly heels that. Please advise

• Avoid oily fried and spicy food • avoid lemon orange tamarind • Avoid cabbage  cauliflower lentil milk to prevent bloating • donot lie immediately after having food •  sit atleast 1 hour after food • have 75% stomach  full of food and leave 25%empty for digestion • have 5 small meals instead of 3 large meals •  lie on left side while sleeping •  keep your head end  elevated while sleeping
