Gastric everytime recurr
It is since5 years but now it becomes sever sometimes i cannot sleep due to gastritis i burp a lot and bloatness in my stomach and even sometimes chest pain and below the left chest pls and uneasiness in stomach .any spicy fiod i eat it again starts when it is more i take pantop d40bcoz sometimes i feel vomiting also

hey, you have try to control gastritis with strict diet only , medicines are of limited usage , can't take it through out the life , avoid spicy food , have buttermilk, curd items ,drink lot of water ,take small meals in frequent interval, sleep only. after two hours of dinner, consult physician and get endoscopy done if its severe
