Halitosis(bad breath) can be an important social problem in which the standard dental treatments and mouthwashes that are often recommended provide only temporary relief....try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee, tea etc... Avoid stress, consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..do regular exercises...take pantaprazole 40 mg twice daily before food with above....consult physician if symptoms persists.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Bad breath can be dealt with brushing regularly and also using a good mouth wash. Kindly take a tab. Pantoprazole 40mg once a day half an hour before food. Have smaller meals at regular intervals. You should not skip any meal. Avoid biscuits , chips and other junk food. It will just do harm. Make these changes. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
