I have Gas problem which causes me to go to washroom 3-4 times a day, mainly for farting and this problem irritates me although there are no other painful effects. There ar no other excretionary problems. I am 5.8 feet with 70 kg weight having muscular physique. I am a Gym goer. I eat 4 to 5 meals a day with ample amount of water throughout the day. My meals consist of: 9:00 AM : Single Apple,250 ml milk with oats 10:30 AM: 4 egg white with curd 1:00 PM: Chicken breast with two eggs, salad and curd, two chappati and dal 3:30 to 4:30 PM workout 5:30 PM: 3 eggs with curd and mixed fruits(consists of pineapple, papaya and banana) 8:00 PM: 4 ROTI with some green vegetable and salad 9:30 PM: 250 ml milk P.S. Other Gym goers suggested me things like cut off milk, stop eating Yolk. I even tried it but the problem still persists. Some suggested that this is common due to high protein intake but i want to get rid of the problem as it makes me irritated to go to washroom a lot for farting. ThankYou

Hi.... If gas is a problem for you, foods that might make symptoms worse include beans, cabbage, cauliflower and broccoli. Fatty foods also may be a problem for some people.... Eat at regular times. Don't skip meals, and try to eat about the same time each day to help regulate bowel function. ... Adding fiber to your diet increases the weight of your stool and speeds its passage through your intestines. Slowly begin to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables each day. Choose whole-grain breads and cereals..... Exercise most days of the week. Physical activity increases muscle activity in your intestines. Try to fit in exercise most days of the week....
