Gas feeling and lower throat palpitation

Cholesterol normal
Bp remains in normal range
Done echo and tmt 3 times in last 6 months.
But i have slight pressure pain and twitching in chest, comes and goes. Sometimes i feel palpitations in lower throat area which makes me very afraid.
Can climb staits and run easily.
What need to be done, pl guide

What u are experiencing is probably out of Anxiety...It's better if u consult a psychotherapist or a psychologist...
