Ganglion cysts
I am suffering from Sarcoidosis since 2019 and recently I am experiencing pain ,redness in my palm and feet. It worsens if I do any activity.
Please give me any brief idea what could be the cause.

It is important to completely do an examination and few other tests to know what could be the cause.
This pain and burning in palms and soles could be due to various reasons. It could be due to vitamin deficiency like vitamin b12 or even it could be due to nerve involvement called neuropathy. Kindly undergo a test called as NCS( nerve conduction studies). Further you can me or a rheumatologist whomever you are on regular follow-up. .
