Gallstones
I am 66 years with multiple gallstones size 7.7 mm.. Since today morning there is pain only while coughing and deep breathing in my upper right area.. No vomiting.. Have good appetite.. No pain otherwise on resting or sitting.. What does this mean? Anything to worry about?

It can be a case of acute on chronic Cholecystitis. If the pain is severe, you have to get admitted for better management. To get complete cure, you have to undergo GB surgery.
