Gallstones and elevated liver enzymes
I did LFT,MRI AND US ABDOMEN and the results says multiple gal stone. The doc earlier said the the high enzymes might be because of the stones blocking the bile duct. However MRCP shows no stones has been detected in the bile duct and suggested to go for laparoscopy to remove the gall bladder.i need to understand what if the elevated enzymes are not due to gall stones and some other cause. Need immediate help. Ready to even come down for a consultation as well.but really news a genuine explanation and steps ahead.
