I am 27yr old and suffering with stomach pain in recent times, diagnosed with stones in Gallbladder and one of the stone size is 12mm. Doctor suggested me for a laproscopic surgery and did not prescribed any medicines. Surgery is the only option or can we treat with medicines, please suggest.

Surgery is the only option for Gallstones , and Laparoscopic surgery is the Gold Standard. medicines can only treat the inflammation and infection which happens because of Gallstones . Delaying the Surgery sometimes the stones can slip in the CBD - Common bile duct leading to complications and jaundice and many serious problems.
So best is to get the Surgery done and avoid fatty foods till you get the surgery done
