I am 29 yrs old. I have G6PD, i have been losing my hair since 2 years ago. I wanted to do hair transplant, but the hair transplant doctor denied to do it due to the G6PD. I am not sure if hair transplant effects on G6PD.

No issues brother. The dermatologist might be worried about local anaesthesia induced hemolysis. They do liver transplants on g6pd.
As such g6pd can induce hair loss.

As per details it is clear that body has accumulation of pitta/ or an inflammatory pathology is running beside... so the hair loss is quite common in this condition.
Good to find the cause in food sleep activity.. to correct them..so can achieve normal hair growth
