Kindly Use
1. Cap. Itraconazole 200 mg daily for 3 weeks @night after food.
2. Tab. Allegra 180 mg daily for 10 days @morning before food.
3. Tab. Atarax 25 mg daily for 10 days @night before food.
4. Luliconazole cream twice daily over the site.
5. KZ soap for taking bath @morning and for cleaning & washing @evening before applying the cream.
