Fungus in toe nail
My left toe nail got broken in a small accident. So I had remove the complete nail. After that, while growing, the nail is not proper. It's little elevated from skin and it's weak as well. Now it seems like fungal affected. Right toe nail also got affected by fungus recently. I am always in clean environment, washes socks every day, takes bath twice a day. Still the infection, what's the cause and how to rectify it

Hi.. get Koh examination of the nail scrapping to rule out fungal infection .. If fungal elements are positive. Then proceed with the antifungal treatment. Which usually will take 6 to 8 months of therapy to it completely cured. Avoid shoes if possible,  and avoid wetting your feet for long time.. hopes this clears your doubt to a certain extent
