Fungal or allergy?

Asked for Male, 33 Years

I consulted 2 doctors recently. Bt seems dey r nt also confused wt is it. 1st said it is fungal infection &started treatment 4 fungal & prescribed Fluconazole 50mg 4 50 days. Anoder doc said its nt fungal its allergy. He wrote ebastine (stin-20) wid azithromycin I m confused. Can i use both at same time? do dey react?
