I am having fungal infenction in my nails.. and it is very badly effected... and i am having this from past 3 months.. and i am also taking medicine.. but i cant see any progress .. plz.. help me...

Firstly we need to knowi it is fungal infection by getting a KOH or Culture done. There are other conditions which can mimic fungal infection. If you have not seen improvement , it calls for a review .
