Fungal infection on the penis.

White marks are appearing on my penis head, looks like some kind of fungal infections. I can't give the exact time when it started, may be for 6months from now or 1 year. but lately it has become more visible. If I manage to keep my foreskin dry, it becomes little bit pinkish in colour and that part becomes very smooths and dry to touch. Nowadays, after bath, I make my foreskin and penis head dry with the help of a dry cloth and keep my foreskin pulled backed so that the penis head doesn't get wet in any way, when I do that, it doesn't appear white. It becomes pinkish in the infected part and very dry and smooth to touch but looks very rough. And if somehow my foreskin goes up and covers the head, again it becomes white because the foreskin kind of provides moist. There is no pain or any kind of sensation.
