Fungal infection in penis
I have been noticing there is some wound type spot on my foreskin of my penis. I got married 2 months back . Suddenly I was facing problem in doing sex. Initially the same problem with my partner also. But she is ok now. But I have facing the same problem from last 1 month. Now I am feeling better as compared to last 20 days. Initially I was having a problem in doing urine, pain in penis just in veins where small fungal spot are there. Even in inside the foreskin also. I am not able to do sex.
Please suggest medication.

You are probably suffering from candidial balanoposthitis and similar candidal infection may be present in your wife as well. So both need to be treated at the same time otherwise the infection will keep reading from one to other. Please send me photos for better diagnosis and understanding of the problem following which I can write a prescription.
