Full body permanent fairness treatment

I am having a normal Indian sort of skin complexion, neiter too dark nor too light. But I want to get a permanent laser fairness treatment for the entire body. I want to know which treatment centres provide the best results (would be nice if it's in or around Pune) along with the cost of treatment. I have normal skin type, not sensitive. And what should I do to maintain that fair skin complexion after the treatment?
