Hello ,these are general symptoms ,it could be anything from viral infection to fatiguability due to lack of sleep. If you have cough ,cold ,fever or any associated symptoms consult general physician , person will have all these symptoms if he is not sleeping properly ,so sleep for atleast 7-8 hours .
