Full body pain at the time of period
I have a problem of full body pain during the time of period but nowadays pain starts before the period, specially pain occurs in my back, stomach and legs. so i want to know the suggestion because at the time of pain i am unable to sit in the office and do any work.

Pain during or around menses is result of lack of calcium or hormonal imbalance.
It's not normal.
