Hi i am 26 year old guy, my height is 5.10 feet and my wight is 87 kg. working in advertising agency since 5 years. normally i seat 12 hour on computer on daily basis. i eat 80% home made food & 20% outside(hotel) sometime it goes opposite & liquor twice in a week (180 ml) & smoke 3 cigarette in a day. I am feeling uneasy from 2 months, i don't know what is problem but when i run 10 meter or use stair for catching train then i realized something wrong with me. sometime while working i feel uneasy like heavy chest pain. i want good consultant nearby my area.

Hello there.....you are a overweight for your height,also leading a sedentary and unhealthy lifestyle,coupled that with smoking is not a good combination,also stress and tension at work amounts to all sorts of health issue.... right now i think your problem is more of stress related and bcos of work preassure and exaution.... but to be on the safe side and for your own satisfaction get your blood preassure checked, do complete blood tests like blood count,calcium,Lipid profile,uric acid and urine test....also get an ecg and stress test done..if any indicators are found then suppliments and medicinal treatment can be started if all tests are normal then your problem is mainly stress related,for the timebeing absolutely stop smoking and if gym going is not feseable then at least walk for 20 mins.
