There loads of information online. All creating more confusing. Some myths some no reason. Please let me know which fruits I can take. Regards.

All fruits if taken in moderation is allowed in diabetes(preferably 1 fruit a day). Please try and avoid fruit juices as eating full fruit is a better choice. However you could try and avoid high caloric fruits like watermelon, pineapple and chickoo. Thank you
