Hello dear, if the pain is not so severe, its better to have a potent pain killer as per your health condition. But if it's too severe, directly go for a pain killer injection that will relief you in few minutes. Please kindly consult any medico before taking any medication, you never know which medicines you are allergic to or which will have any adverse effect on your health. Take care dear , you will be fine soon.
