Frequently headache. Sometimes head spinning. Nothing observed in brain MRI, nothing observed in ENT test . Blood sugar Normal.. B12 good . Had vertine medicine for 10 days to fix head spinning.. still sometimes getting the same issue.. One doctor suggested " Betacap TR 20"..what can I do to fix this permanently.. having this issue from last 20 days.. Plz help..
