Frequently getting cold, sneezing

Asked for Male, 31 Years

I am suffering from frequent cold, continous sneezing, running nose for more than 5 yrs. because of this i am getting tired very soon. If i take tablets like cetrizen/okacet cold i will get relief for few days. Feeling very allergic to dust or pollen grains. When i travel to abroad, i dont have this problem. I am taking furamist nasal spray suggested by one ENT. But still taking without prescription. Can i keep using this nasal spray? Is there any harm?
