Frequent UTI for last 6 months

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Hi doctors Recently for past 6 months am getting UTI very frequently and it's takes around 1 week to get normal. And get pain during pee after 3 days and I take CITRALKA for 3-4 days. Also am sexually active and I feel it's happens after sex but I clean it week after.. Not sure if it's due to condom. Can someone suggest me if it's anything to be concerned about to visit doctor or its normal and get over the counter antibiotics. Thanks in advance!
