It appears bladder neck hypertrophy,,
This may or may not cause obstruction in the passage of urination distal to urinary bladder.
Uroflowmery, cystourthroscopy,and urodynamic study are useful tests to elaborate the condition and it's effects,
Urine examination routine and microscopic,and renal function should also be assessed,
Condition depending on severity of effects may be managed by medicine or surgical procedure.decision of Urologist after full work up should be taken
