Frequent urination in night

Asked for Male, 47 Years

Sir I am facing the problem of frequent urination in the night since three months. And some times in day time also. In the night feel to pass the urine immediaty after passing the urine. And the urine is not coming continuously. It is dribbling. And also there is a pain in penis before and after passing the urine. My FF is 127 and post is 212 as per todays rest and HBAIC is 7.3..please advise what is to be done to come out from this issue. Routine urine analysis is attached here with.
