Dear Sir I am suffuring from frequent urination and always feel thirsty ,unquenchable thirst, i drink water and go for urine after 45/50 mins , i have pain in lower back ,kness and legs, always feel weakness, loss of erection, curved small thin penis , i always have constipation , loss of appetite , i am not diabetic or diabetes insipidus , i have tried many allopathic and homeopathic medicines but not get any benefit yet, please help me to cure it I am 28 years old boy
