Frequent urination and weakness

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I am urinating frequently since 5days although im drinking less water. Im feeling weak too. I also have pain in the centre-left side of stomach sometimes. I generally have gastric problem but this time it is accompanied by these symptoms too. Im also having muscular pain.Im regular excercise person but for the past 15 days my routine is disturbed .
