Over a couple of months period, I frequently have a strong urge to urinate and the urine passed is actually very less and dribbling at times. So the urine sensation remains quite long. This keeps me anxious and make me very frequently use washroom but again the amount passed is less. From a month this has now become more strong. Have taken prescribed dosage of urispas and uriliser. The problem certainly reduced during the course but later again increased. Urinogram is completely in range. I'm hardly 27, can this be linked to BPH?

It's unlikely that you have BPH owing to your age. However other prostate problems like infection or pus collection in the prostate must be ruled out. For this you will need to do specific tests, which the Urologist may advise.
