Dear Sir,
My daughter is having liquidy motion for 3-4 days and 8-10 times a day. She even had severe rashes.Just got the stool test(upon Pediatrician's recommendation) done and report shows following difference from Biological references:
1. Form & Consistency - Liquid
2. Mucus - Present
3. Occult Blood - Present
4. Mucus Strands - Flakes+++
5. WBC/hpf - 18-20
I understand there must be some infection. Just wanted to know if the range 18-20 higher than normal. Also please suggest what next could be done.

It looks like dysentry picture. It has both blood and pus cells. Better to start on an antibiotic to treat the infection. If stable child taking orally syrups are enough but if sick may have to get admitted. Meet your pediatrician and follow his advise.
