Frequent sneezing,allergy
She is getting frequently sneezing, if the sudden env change, cold, dust etc.
One Dr suggested to take "Montac LC" for Anti allergy, if she takes in night before sleeping, everything would be fine at morning. But she doesn't want to get addicted to this.
Is there any natural way of treatment?

clean the mattress, especially pillows, generally mites are hidden here, we cant see with our eyes, if you do allergy testing for house dust mites, it may solve your problem. What is the age and any other complaints ?
