Frequent occurrence of cystic pimples
Since past 2 years, I have occurrences of pimples - both cystic and non cystic types. They are not scattered all over the face but appears in count of 1 or 2 - not in a specific location. Also, since past few years I have observed that I get a pimple just before my period starts indicating the onset of periods and settles down as the period starts

You are having adult acne. Getting pimples on the jaw and chin and increase during periods can be a sign of hormonal imbalance. So blood tests need to be done. Cystic acne can be treated. Is there any irregularities in periods, hair on face or hairloss on head? These are other signs of hormonal imbalance along with acne.
