Frequent nocturia
Have to get up at least four times in the night to visit washroom. Underwent TURP in 2014 for this problem but no respite. Can anyone help please?

Isolated nocuria without day time symptoms is usually due to increased urinary production in night as a result of change in harmone ( vasopressin) secretion with age. Prostate surgery may not relive this. Consult urologist to get prescription for that.
