Frequent motions
Doc, i m manju panikar from pune. since last 1 week after i suffered a viral fever, i m having this prob of loose motions as i eat anything anytime stomach full or bit spicy. in a day i have to go 5-6 times. the motions r loose and the pressure is uncontrollable as if i had taken any laxative. pls help me suggesting y such is happening. never i had gone thru any such prob yet. but after this viral fever and cough issues in feb starting i had developed this prob. before that all was ok. i m scared thinking of some stupid reasons. pls advise from ur end. and i have developed whitish spots on some areas of my body. i consilted a homeopath and she told its not leucoderma as its not pinkish spot. its only like those vitamin deficinecy but the spot is big one tat of a button size. is this all related ? pls advise.

try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee,tea etc... Avoid Stress as it may make your gastritis and diarrhoea symptoms worse...consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...Consult nearest dermatologist and physician they will do the needful.
