Frequent headaches
I work for an IT firm and i have been experiencing frequent headaches for last few days. I work in 11am to 8pm shift times and by the time i am back home, i usually have a headache. This pain usually starts around evening time . any suggestions on what it might be?

hello there.
this usually happens because you guys have to sit for a long time looking at computers etc. so get your eye checked. if you are already wearing spectacles, there might be a change in power or you might need spectacles if you were not wearing spectacles.
most common cause for persistent headache is visual problems.
take frequent breaks from computers.
artificial tear preparations are available use those regularly. and close your eyes for a few minutes at regular intervals.
