Frequent Dizziness

I have been frequently experiencing some light form of dizziness all day long.. the dizziness is strong early morning when i wake up.. I believe its some kind of low blood pressure but i have food at regular intervals and also stay hydrated.. I fear sometimes i may experience a strong one and fall off..

Sometimes it's caused by an underlying health condition, such as poor circulation, infection or injury,Meniere's disease,Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV),hypotension,migraine,Some neurological disorders such as Parkinson's disease and multiple sclerosis,anemia, hypoglycemia,dehydration etc...Consult nearest ent surgeon they will help you further Regards.
