Frequent cold and snoring
I came from Delhi recently and am perfectly fine on my health grounds. I am facing very frequent cold which causes sneezing specially in midnight and early mornings. It's a kind of sneeze attack of 10-15 sneezes with a running nose.
Another problem is snoring. I snore very heavily.

Avoid temperature change. Advised humidifiction of room. Tb Limcee once a day for 15 days. Avoid use of AC and fan at fast speed. Tulsi concoction in morning.
