Frequent breathlessness
My wife is having frequent breathlessness episodes these days. The situation is too bad sometimes that she has to take inhalers multiple times in a day. Also she has running nose and continuous sneezing for last few weeks. Please suggest how to recover as she is not able to concentrate on her work and personal life..

Her symptoms may be because of some respiratory problem, like bronchial asthma or may be something else. If she has to take inhalers multiple times a day, you should visit a doctor immediately and may be he will adjust the inhalers according to her needs. And also u can try those Ramdev Baba's breathing exercise like 'alom-vilom' n al, if she has bronchial asthma.
