I was diagnosed with depression in 2019, and i was somehow managing but recently I'm having alot of troubles. I cant sleep, I'm not able to focus, I'm just zoned out, crying myself to sleep often, lost my self esteem,i dont feel like to go out or to see anyone. Even sometimes i get suicidal thoughts as well. I just cant stop thinking!!! To the point where i cant breath anymore! And these constant headaches! And the stress has caused number of other problems like PCOS, Migraines, and what not to me. I really dont know what to do now I'm direction less. I'm lost!! Help me!! Please.
