Frequent abdomen pain

Asked for Female, 26 Years

My sister (26 yrs) had server vomiting and stomach pain 3 weeks back. Thrice got treatment from Doctors (Apollo Clinic) Viman Nagar, Pune. lastly by Dr. Mrs. Raina. Blood test, snonography, stool test done by Apollo. All OK except higher ESR (53). Aliment could not be diagnosed properly. Only infection due water and food was told. All precautions taken yet persistent pain in stomach/abdoman. Rs.4000/- apprx already paid to Apllo( Viman Nagar, Pune). Please suggest what we should do to get over this aliment and confirm if my sister could be permitted to consult Dr.Rahul Kothari for effective treatment without incurring further expenditures or else what should we do.

Hello,causes for vomiting with abdominal pain include cholecystitis, endometritis, twisted ovarian cyst, food poisoning. Symptoms of food poison will not be there more than a week ,ESR is not diagnostic indicator. If she has gynacological problem you should take her to gynaecologist. You can carry same reports .If she has fever blood examination has to be done.
