Frenuloplasty
After urination ..some urine leaks as it is not completely removed...is this happening due to a condition I have - tight frenulum (frenulum breave) or it can it be due to some other reason ?? I need a solution why it is happening so I can go for frenuloplasty !

Tight frenulum causes bending on erection and also bleeding from the frenulum after intercourse. The problems you have mentioned are not a result of tight frenulum.

Tight frenulum doesn't produce these symptoms, the consequences of tight frenulum is bending after erection, if it is phimosis (tight foreskin)it can lead to your symptoms

most common causes are neuropathy, bladder neck heightening or stricture urethra
Get USG abdomen -ask them to comment on previod volume and PVR
