After urination ..some urine leaks as it is not completely removed...is this happening due to a condition I have - tight frenulum (frenulum breave) or it can it be due to some other reason ?? I need a solution why it is happening so I can go for frenuloplasty !

Tight frenulum doesn't produce these symptoms, the consequences of tight frenulum is bending after erection, if it is phimosis (tight foreskin)it can lead to your symptoms
