I am a rheumatoid arthritis patient and had a very clear skin few years back.. since last 4 years I have started to get freckles on my face which r gradually increasing.. is there any treatment for them..

Sunprotection is the best solution for preventing freckles .you can get laser or peels done for the ones you have.
