There is a problem in my throughout that I used to spit every 10-15 min. I feel like some gummy in my throughout and my voice will not clear until unless I clear my throughout.
Before to speak to somebody I have to adjust my throughout. Mainly my voice will not understood over the phone calls or mobile..

Well sometimes it's because we are very habituated to it...and feel odd if we stop doing it..you can consult an Ent specialist and take an opinion about the condition as we need to examine you if anything is there to worry about or it can be left like that............ ...
