A plain c3r at will not be sufficient. Please get the CT SCAN done and if there is only hairline fracture then need not to worry but if displacement is there then please consult a neurologist surgeon or neurophthalmolgist.

If there is fracture of eye socket, I would recommend you to consult local Ophthalmologist
If there is fracture of floor of orbit, then depending on amount of fracture, there may be enophthalmos, restricted movement leading to diplopia, eye may say down etc
I would recommend you to consult local Ophthalmologist asap
