Can a 62 yr old female who underwent right modified radical mastectomy T1N0M0and chemotherapy 3 years back can now undergo operation for fracture shaft of right humerus ? Are there any complications regarding any nerve damage?

Was it pathological fracture Surgery always carry some risks , maybe remote even #humerus may be associated with neurovascular complications asthe nerve is very close to bone specially radial nerve
