Frackles on face
My wife used to have vitaglo from past 20 years and as a plan of treatment she has done UV therapy and extensive sunlight therapy.The problem is somehow under control from last 5 years but due to the treatment she has developed frackles on her cheeks and forehead
Recently she consulted a dermatologist but the results were not that good.She was given was sunscreen lotion to apply twice a day but it didn't work.
Kindly suggest and help.

Hi! Freckles will take long time to improve with sunscreens and pigment lightening creams. Laser sessions, Peels are very good option for freckles but since there is history of vitiligo they should be preferably avoided

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
There are many lightening creams available in the market you could try those.
If it still doesn't, then derma abrasion or chemical peeling or laser are your options.
For that you have to consult a dermatologist in person for further evaluation and management.
