Foul smell.
My vagina smells bad. Specially if I don't change panties fr over 12 hrs..
I'm not engaged in any sexual activities fr now. Iv tried clean and dry foam etc. Iv bn facing this problem fr over a yr now.

Hi, maintaining Vaginal hygiene is very important. Frequent change of undergarments. Using Vaginal medicated wash is necessary. Visit your Gynaecologist if problem is still not sorted
