Forskin wont pull back swollen penis.

A weekend of overly rough sex including extended periods of mastubation have left my Uncircumcised penis semingly stressed.. , originaly noticed bloated middle section of shaft and was unable to pull foreskin back at all that was this morning tonight i can clear my knob from my foreskin but it nolonger retakes its old shape its been like 20 hrs since i noticed and it seems to be freeing up pretty quickly, it looks like acute paraphimosis but not acute if that makes sense i do believe some pretty intense squeezing went on.. Im terified of needles so the idea of unneccassary surgury or painful treatment is almost enough to make me ill.. Is my (selfdiag) case of paraphimosis to severe to heal on its own? Even though it apears to no be cutting blood supply off should i be worried? I have a photo that will help
